Over the past couple of weeks, I have grown very fond of your quick wit, and sense of humor when in chat. We really haven't had the chance to know each other all that well, but I hope you reconsider your decision to leave. I know I will miss you!

Taking a break may be in order, and I commend you for recognizing that you may need to explore that possibility, but you would be so sorely missed by everyone you have touched, even in the smallest way (including me!)
