does anyone who suffers with co consciousness ever just numb out?

If i am talking to someone just lately my mind strays and i just go all stary and my mind goes numb ..... sometimes if people around me are talking i like to stay out of the conversation, like a kid waiting for mother to stop talking before speaking out .

My concentration is terrible too ... Jin
