Hi ((((((((((((((((((((Mary Alice)))))))))))))))))))) = Because of my 'abandonment issues' I used to think my Dr. was trying to dump me, too - all the time, and I would start crying right in front of him, and eventually ask him if he was, and he'd say no of course not, he just wanted me to not be in so much pain. I know the feeling that you describe well, and it's almost a panicky feeling, at least for my, but just ask him about it - I know that you will be relieved and re-assured by the answer you get back.
