Hi again... thought I'd respond to your post here.
I wish I knew exactly how to help... have you talked to your doctors about other (healthy) options to lose the weight? I know for some it can be useful to count calories, but it's not for everyone especially if you're prone to "yo-yo dieting" or crash dieting. What about talking to a dietitian? Is there a medical reason for your weight issues?
