It's hard to be feeling so bad. I think you made a start, just posting here and talking about how things are going for you. That's one step. It sounds like reaching out would be a healthy thing to do, so you can start feeling better. I can think of some ways to move ahead. Do you have a primary care doctor that you see? If so, one idea might be to make an appointment to see your physician, and start there. Tell your doctor how you've been feeling....your doctor can check you over and make sure you're okay physically, and also make recommendations for counseling if that's what you'd like to do. Another idea might be to call your local telephone crisis line. They can offer support over the telephone, and also referrals for counseling in your area. I imagine they would have some good ideas. You can also keep writing here.
