Hi, sorry you are feeling not well. It sounds like depression, but yet a lot of other things can make you feel like this too, so seeing your doctor would be a good step. Then therapy too, if you can.
Maybe try each day to one thing that you enjoy, take a baby step. Or just due one things like get dressed in the morning. I know it is hard, I have been there. But if you can accomplish at least one thing in the day, it will make you feel better. I have worked myself up to exercising each day, but that is after 3 yrs. of therapy. Good luck, with this, I am sure you will find many who have been where you are right now.
