Can a person with combat PTSD display psychopathic behaviours because of this?
And if a person with these behaviors wants to change does that alone mean they are not psycbopathic? As I understand it a true psychopath does not want help.
I am hoping for hope for my boyfriend.

In relationship with person who has demonstrated psychopathic behaviours. I beleive he wants to change, I do beleive he is capable of empathy and that he does feel guilt and remorse.
