It is tough digging yourself out of the black whole. But its worth the effort. Start by just doing little things, like getting a shower and dressed before 11am whether you feel like going anywhere or not. Once you do these seemingly little things, take a minute to pat your self on the back (reward yourself) and acknowledge your progress. The more little things you do the better you feel and you get more energy and will power to keep moving.
