I so understand that feeling.

It's so hard to take care of ourselves and choose another behaviour than trying to deal with feelings/emotions and stuff.
What about this... can you change how you're feeling, maybe by writing it out? Listening to relaxing music, or something that allows you to vent (I like to listen to loud music when I'm feeling angry) ... what about going for a long walk... you'll be tired out by the time you get back home. Or watch a funny movie to get your mind off of things? I've done all those things... so maybe they'd help you?
