Hi Sunshine, yeah, a lot of stressors going on there for you. About your children. They are stressed too because of your stress and this can cause misbehavior. I think that it would help if you could pull together with them and realize that they need help and comforting too, just like you. Can you take your children and quietly interact with them/hug them, etc.?

One thing that I learned from being a mother is that we set the stage. If we aren't proactive and have positive interacts with our children then they will set the stage with negative behaviors because they are only children and don't know about any of this. If they set the stage with negative behaviors then we just spend our day reacting to this. If the parent sets the stage right away with positive interactions the children will fall right into it and enjoy it immensely.

I think that it will also help to keep posting here.
