It hapened twice today. We went into town and I saw a friendI havent seen for a couple of years .... we were talking and i felt myself going off into space. Then my daughters ex 'fs mum and sister stopped to chat too .... i felt overwhelmed and retreated into myself a bit .... i go back to feeling quite small ... i always used to stand on the outside of conversations because mother never included me. At the time i feel unworthy of people talking to me ... i know i have to get over this ....
