I am really sorry for the agony that you are feeling from so many sources.
Like the others said, it is never ok for someone to lay their hands on you in any violent way. NEVER!!!!!!!
You deserve better. Please do not put up with that.

I know how it feels to be broke. After I divorced my first husband, I took our two small children and try to raise them on $5.50 and hour. All alone with no help. As you can imaging, that didn't get very far. Many a night we ate PB & J's because that is all we had. My children received all their clothes through hand-me-downs because I had no money to buy them any. Through my will and determination and lots of luck, I received education in the medical field which started me on my way to a great career. Maybe you could look into some classes or something like that. I do not know if that is an option for you.
