Can you just look at everything that needs to be done ONE thing at a time? I am so easily overwhelmed by my big "to do" list when I let myself think of the whole thing at once. Maybe make a list to get it out of your head, and then make a goal to do just one or two of the things on the list??
It's hard when we have to miss therapy....makes EVERYTHING feel more overwhelming.
