Although I know you don't want to make a huge deal over this, I really think you should tell someone. It would be one thing if everything happening seemed coincidental,but it does not sound that way at all. Plus, I don't know your story or situation, but if he is NOT supposed to be near you or anything, he is breaking laws. Plus, if he has a record already, I'm sure it would be easy to get that info anyway.
