Got dragged to hospital for other reasons last night so I got my eye checked out while I was there. They said it looks like a serious infection and that I have a foreign object in my eye (they said rust residue or something so I'm really confused) and that my cornea could be badly scarred.

I left pretty fast and didn't accept any medication/eye-drops (for mental health reasons I don't take medication easily) but they said I really need to come back because the infection looks pretty bad. I'm really worried and I was pretty out of it last night so I should maybe go back to hospital and actually listen to them explain, because I'm scared this awful vision in this eye isn't temporary Not to mention really confused because I was paying any attention.
