Not familiar with the second. For PTSD you might try the Combat PTSD forum if that is appropriate, or Anxiety or Post Traumatic Stress or Survivors of Abuse or Dissociative Disorders. To some extent I guess it depends on the defense mechanisms that the trauma evoked.
