I'm told that there is a forum devoted to this book. I guess that is the Sharing Self-Help Ideas forum. I don't know how easy it would be to use that forum and get into the middle of the book rather than starting at its start. I tend to do better looking at things myself rather than trying to absorb what everyone else thinks about it.

Maybe I will check into the forum after getting further into the book (and following some of its Internet links) first.
