Congratulations. If you hang in there, you will be so happy in the end. I quit 8 months ago, and my life has so changed. Prior, my life was obsessed with cigs and when I was going to have the next one. Now I feel so much cleaner.

I talked with my aunt last night who smokes like a chimney. She is in so denial. I feel sad for her, but her denial is sort of funny. She thinks that cigs are the best thing that has happened to her, and that they are the best stress release. The best thing that happened to her? I can't even stand to go see her because when she smiles, her nocotine-stained teeth are so gross!!!
