I completely understand where you are coming from on this. So often we see task masters as cruel at times. It certainly is an eye opener when all of a sudden we see this person going the extra mile and understanding that they don't really expect more from us than they give of themselves. I have always appreciated that aspect of any supervisors I've had in the past.

That was nice of you to move that plant for her. I'm sure she appreciated you!
