I forgot to say that since I've been on birth control pills since 1993 or so, I have NO cramps!!! I was once on Depo Provera for 3 years, and during that time I not only had no cramps but NO PERIODS!

Unfortunately, I gained 10-15 lbs on it, so I went back to the pill. It also helps with other PMS symptons, like mood changes, bloating, etc.

Any cramps I get now are mild and will respond to Advil, Tylenlol, or a heating pad!
