That's what I was diagnosed with. I have a red scaly (small, about the size of a toonie - $2 Canadian coin) patch on the side of my neck.
There's a LOT of different kinds listed on the internet though.
So this is a question posed to everyone who's had (one) instance of exczema that was localized, didn't spread, and was caused by a probable allergic reaction...
Once it's treated with meds (I have a prescribed topical cream) ... does it ever come back? Or only in the presence of the allergen?
Note to self: Rats crawling on neck/shoulders (when I've had allergic reactions to their claw marks) is likely not a good idea with bare skin. At least I'm pretty sure that's the cause... nothing else new has touched the area within the past month, and my allergies (like to latex) would be a LOT more severe.
