Yep, eczema comes back. For me it's in times of stress. I have two HUGE patches on the front of my legs that are just now clearing up. I won't tell you how long it's taken, but I didn't spend the money on the cream, either. (I do recommend doing that, though. It makes it go away a lot quicker.)

I'm not sure letting rats crawl on you would have anything to do with it. I think it's an autoimmune thing.
