it hurts so bad some days.... let yourself feel all your own inner kindness that you feel for others and turn it upon yourself... you deserve as much love as you give .... it takes time to heal and understand.... help is around us if we look.... peace is everyones right and privilege imo.... dont let the bad days beat you over the head.... i hope it gets better over time for you... i think it will if you allow your good thoughts to protect yourself and those you feel love towards.... and then be you... we all have bad days sometimes..
