You know, When I feel the need to get into trouble, which now you’ve got me thinking about whether I’m very able to control this or not I’ll be sure to note that next time it happens. It is an intense mood, but one that is easily handled, I think. The feeling come over you and you think, or I do anyways, No I can’t possibly, I’m a grown up, I have to be responsible! Nope not true…. Just have to do something enough for that side to be happy that he/she had a rush. Say instead of stealing, (and sorry I have no idea what trouble you are referring to but this is just an example) , so go to a garage sale and get a whooper of a deal. Instead of just going for a walk, pick an apple off someone’s tree( it won’t hurt anyone to be missing ONE apple. Listen to bad music, look at some chilling pictures for that side. If you need more ideas, I have’em cause wow, didn’t know how strong this mood was till you brought it up, and thank you! One more thing though, when you can’t do something bad, Keep really busy. Dare yourself that this or that can’t possibly be done in that frame of time, Bad side will be happy, others will thank you for the great job u did, Make sense?
