Here's the bottom line, girl

Therefore, quit it and realize that you (like I) can "dish it out" superbly; because we've been there & thus, we are "passing on the torch" BUT, we cannot seem to take our own advice, even though we KNOW its the "right stuff" is usually because we "do not feel worthy" of having the same "help" as the ones who we help!

Yeah, makes my head spin sometimes, too. Ever since I was in juveile corrections as a teenager (wow, that's been a long time!) My friends/fellow "JD's" always were pulling ME off to the side w/ their problems & they were "eternally grateful" Continued thru the Army (basic training was a "new" hell to me, even after being a "ward of the state")and all through my on-going years of PSY hospitalizations. Those friends I made would call me after d/c & I "let them" suck me dry emotionally.

But...you, like I are loving people! We cannot help ourselves (literally, in a lot of ways, eh?)

Well dear... for being alive; posessing all that love inside for others; and being able to hang another day on the hook w/ a warm feeling in your heart. Because "giving love" is retroactive! You're a walking miracle!
