I'm here for you, just PM me and I will talk with you. Turn on some soft music, close your eyes and breath calmly, I'm sitting there with you holding your hand and trying to help you relax.
It's good that you opened up in therapy, the only way you will get better is by opening up to him/her, so he/she can help you. What ever you said to him/her will only be between you and him/her. Don't worry about it, he/she cares and it's a sign that he/she is a good theraist.
If you can, go into a chat room and someone with help with how you are feeling, you are special and crying is just a way to release some of the pain your feeling, but again it was great to release that bottled up problem, now it's a turning point to healing.
