Hang in there Purple...its a good thing you let loose in therapy! May not seem like it now, buy when you come out the other end of this someday, you'll see it was for the BEST! Call your Therapist if you feel that badly!

Keep posting on this site too if it helps! I also want to add that I think you should tell your therapist how extremely upset you are over what came out in Therapy today and WORK ON IT SOMEMORE!
