bmoz....i'm doing much better since i first posted this thread.

on average i only drink 2 shots of jack a day now.

maybe once a week...if something really bad happens...i fall back and have a quarter bottle....but i am trying.

i was put on an alcohol reduction programme and 6 days out of 7 i stick to it.
