yeah it sure can be hard some days. I think I have been pretty lucky as far as communication with my insiders goes. I got a journal and we all write in it and recently my husband started writing in it as well. It has helped so much with the communication. I am able to ask questions and things like that. I have a few that will actually come out and talk to my H.

The thing that bothers me the most is most of the time i don't know when one of the others is *out*. It is very unnerving to say the least.
