Well... because then she will know that I am aware of her note taking tendencies and might become more covert about it ... AND... I am curious but afraid that by asking about it I might get into a conversation that I might not like getting into. :-)

Whatever her note taking method is she appears to be keeping track of things..She doesn't write much. It is more like she has a list of key things that she then checks off when I mention them. I just want a peek at this checklist for some reason.
