You'll fit right in here. You definitely aren't alone in feeling dependent on your therapist and therapy. This can actually be a good thing even though it doesn't feel like it. At this point, working through these feelings can be beneficial and help you toward your end goal. It's okay to feel this way, it's okay to accept this in yourself! IMO, it's only when you accept that this is a part of you that you can actually get better. Yes, it is a long, difficult journey. A lot of us here are on the same path. Take care!
