My T doesn't take any notes while I'm there. He may write things down after leave, but never in front of me.

He DOES comment on my body language a lot. I was talking to him last session about a situation in my life where i feel trapped, and I was saying "I'm just going to have to accept that this is how it is, and deal with it" and he said "you don't believe that" - I said I did, and he said "your eyes tell me you don't - they were all wild when you told me that". ?!?! He's spooky! It feels like he can read my mind sometimes.
