Do you have any suggestions for sleep meds... like the max... that you have taken.. to get sleep..

my current

200 mg trazadone
10 mg ambien
10 mg valium

I get... 2-3 hours of very troubled sleep....

have also tried... adding bedrayl... a big no no.. accorrding to pharmactist....

I am tired...

any suggestions... on different meds.... or med combos???
