I'm right there with you. Sometimes it feels like all "they" (t's and such) want is for you to not act on the thoughts. I always say that i don't want the thoughts in the first place, to me that is the bigger problem. Maybe after a lot of therapy we will get there, where the thoughts don't even come up because we have better coping mechanisms??
