If you really start feeling bad and need to talk and you feel you can't talk with family or friends, pm me or anyone else in the group you would feel comfortable talking with. I know it's hard sometimes, I feel like giving up alot myself, but you need to talk with people who knows exactly how your feeling, and to know they will understand and not judge.
