I've definitely been through being triggered like that too.
For awhile there I seemed to have some sort of screwed up ability to always be drawn to what was going to be most triggering. I don't anymore but it sure was difficult for awhile.
I myself had to take a break from some online interactions that seemed to bother me the most. I also had to choose wisely with anything else I did online, I might have to put some things on ignore simply because they trigger me.
At times I've also had to take a break from reading or viewing any traumatic material. I had to also learn to be really good to myself, cause I was still rough on myself, blamed and berated myself for everything imaginable.
Good therapy helped too eventually.
