Tanks for that but last night flashbacks were so bad and l cut quite badly which is why l ended up going off line. Next time l will try to stay on and talk. I feel so angry with myself but thanks for your kind words l really need them at the moment. My family are so disappointed in me and l am too tired to try and make them understand.
