I jsut read some of your history...you are dealing with a lot of changes.
I am sorry that it is so hard right now for you.
remeber that it really does take baby steps to get better.
all we have is the day, today...try not to worry about the past it is gone.
the future is unknown.
If you ahve someone special in your life...tell them today that they matter.
You matter.
Your children would be devistated if you left them.
they need you in their lives....you matter!
I wish I could give you a hug as you could use one.
