Have you ever journaled?
this can help to get your emotions out on paper...and also chart the progress that you are making.
some times we need a safe place to verbalize what we are feeling, to help make sense of the maddness of the past...you too can free the demons that plaque you.
write vent /keep posting...we are hear to listen and care.
