Unfortunately, I do not believe there is any rules regulating the usage of whats written here in an outside context, just rules against usage in other online formats. (Just as far as I'm aware, I may be mistaken). It is a public forum, and generally anyone who wishes to read (most) posts here can do so, even without an account. You're just required to have account for additional features, and to be able to respond to posts here.

You essentially "own" what you write here (look at the Community Guidelines for more information) ... but I'm not sure what legally you can do. What purpose is your husband using your posts here for? Divorce proceedings or something else like that?
