There is something to that you know,,just surviving against some very formidable odds..

But,,if you could,,and please be fair to yourself,,,how bout listing some of the things you have accomplished...we are our worst critics and often very unfair..

I have read many of your posts and behind your words is great wisdom born of varied experience...

Again,,kindness to oneself is the seed to giving..
