Hugs to You, Jinnyann,

I'm sorry you feel so edgy and panicky right now. I do care and I sometimes feel that way also.

I will offer some bits of advice and you can use or ignore them, ok?

I feel better when edgy if I remind myself to just take this one day to get through at a time and remind myself not to take on the whole world or life all at once.

If the stepbrother keeps calling just to say the same things each time, there's no reason to listen over and over - it doesn't help the kids and it messes up your life somewhat. Just leave him to your hubby, who is helping him already.

Try to stop beating up on yourself for having needs, we are all "high-maintenance" some days. IT WON'T BE THIS WAY FOREVER!

Take any of this advice if you want to or Ignore it if it doesn't seem to help. I care and wrote what I want to be reminded of when I am feeling upset and anxious over life. This is a word-hug from me to you. Please be nice to yourself. Maybe do something that makes you feel better....whatever that may be! =)
