Oh, believe me you are not alone. Don't put yourself down it is ruff out there for everyone right now.

My d-i-l graduated with a degree in communications over a year ago and still hasn't found a media job where she lives. While in college she worked for an independent news station. So not only did she have a degree but experience too. It didn't help. It's a very tough field to get into.

After being unemployed for almost a year she just now found a job. She is working in an office scheduling deliveries. Quite a bit different than being the next Oprah.

Try adjusting your dream for the time being. Perhaps you can put some of those great skills you learned in college to work in another area.

Hang on to your dream. Never let go. It's just that the road to success may have a few extra twists and turns than you originally planned on.
