I don’t know it it’s admissible in court, stranger things have happened. I know a bunch of kids got into a lot of trouble after the prom at a party. Even though there was no alcohol visible, and all the cups were those solo red ones, the ppl in the pictures were punished for consuming alcohol based upon pictures posted on myspace. It was stated that they were “visibly intoxicated”. Athletes were expelled from their sports, one girl lost her membership in the national honor society. Her father is a lawyer attempted to fight the suspension etc and lost. (Michigan has a zero tolerance policy). FYI there were no captions for the pics just the pictures themselves.
I guess that’s the risk you take when you post things on the web, once it’s out there, it’s there forever.
