try to stay with me folks...this is confusing to think, so it might be confusing in type

i've noticed in the last couple of days my self critisism (thanks to this forum) and i've been examining the same. after doing this i realized something...some things that i put down about myself are things that i have a problem with in general, yet it adds to low self esteem when i apply it inward. recognizing that really helped me with it!

take, for example, something light...feet (hehe). i HATE my feet, but i realized it's not just my feet i hate, it's all feet that i have a problem with...i'm very critical of feet. please forgive me! then take it further, i hate my hair...there again i notice and seem very critical of hair in good and bad ways...i either LOVE someone's or don't. i've just realized this and it's really helped. when i could tell myself it's not just this i hate or don't like or am critical about self...it's with every circumstance...it's way helped on the "put down" aspect of it.

it's brought about another issue...why am i so critical of certain things. however, THAT'S another post
