Thanks everyone! I have been looking a bit over the past few days, and I found a few jobs I want to send my resume out to. So keep your fingers crossed me. Yeah, as soon as I make enough money to leave home, I will. I don't even want to live in this area anymore because it's the middle of nowhere.

And I guess maybe you could say this is funny a bit. At least I do now, but did not at the time it happened. I actually got hired to work at Subway (The sandwich shop) almost a year ago. I got trained and everything, and they fired me on my first official day after 2 hours. They never told me why, although I think it's because I was too slow and kind of quiet, and they had the nerve to do it via text message on my cell phone a few hours after they told me I could leave. So in a way, I guess that was a favor to me because that is not a way to deal with your employees. Plus, I did not get paid for the 4 hours I trained because I didn't last a month, which is BS.

So then, a couple of days later, I called up the place I currently work at, and have been there since. Again, I'm not happy with the work I do because cleaning on a daily basis is not fun, but at least I work for some good people. I have recently gotten a raise there, so it helps a little with more money, so I do sort of feel bad for wanting to leave so badly.

And the lesson I learned from getting fired at Subway is that I don't have to worry about working in fast food for the rest of my life, because I suck at it. LOL! I know, maybe I shouldn't be proud of this, but maybe it just isn't my kind of skills. I am a fairly good cook, so that is definitely better than making sandwiches for ungrateful people.

And I love my family very much, but they just make me so angry sometimes. Like they never believed that I would be able to get my drivers license on time, or pass the written test to get my permit. I also think they were all surprised when I did not get rejected from any of the colleges I applied to, and I have a learning disability and ADD.
