I also had this experience on Prozac. It became much worse when Wellbutrin was added briefly. My dreams became incredibly vivid andrealistic, so much so that I could not remember at times if something happened for real or in a dream. The Wellbutrin also caused me to experience these "half awake" type states where I would be very afraid and confused. Had to stop the Wellbutrin!
