South Florida still receives banding but FAY has moved up across the State and is sitting --yes sitting-- just off the coast near Jacksonville. It appears to be redeveloping and they expect it to go WEST back across the State and into the Gulf. Georgia and Mississippi and Louisiana will benefit ? from the rain too then?
She just won't go away. It would be good if she doesn't spawn the tornadoes like she has been, and brings rain to the drought stricken areas. (I was personally thinking it could help in Texas
