It sounds cheesy but you need some "you" time. Gotta help yourself, come to terms with your anxiety, employ the help of a therapist. Then, when you feel confident you're on the right track, get back into the mix.
It's a gradual process but it's worth it. And if you start feeling more confident but hit an obstacle and have a setback, realize it for what it is -- a setback. And get yourself back on the road.
