I am bulimic so I can relate somewhat when you say you scarf down your meals. However I'm not sure what advice to give. All I suggest is that you do not resort to diet pills or anything like that, they are really terrible for your liver and I can't imagine what other organs they damage. I've taken a few bottles of Xenadrine EFX but I didnt lose any weight from them, all they did was make me crap a lot. So taking pills seems like it only has negative effects.
Have you ever joined a womans gym? I find since I have joined a gym, I feel less guilty about eating a lot through out the day because some of those calories are being burnt off. If you can';t afford a gym, just being more active will help a little bit.
Other then that, you are in the right spot, there seem to be a number of overeaters here that might be able to guide you in the right direction. Good luck
